At Wolds Childcare we work extremely hard because we want to do the best by the children in our care and the parents who entrust their children to us. We also strive to create a supportive, happy work culture where staff are truly valued as individuals. It’s these high standards and core values that we believe make us stand out as offering a fantastic environment for both children and staff. And, due to an increase in numbers at our nursery settings, we invite you to explore a career at Wolds Childcare.
We have a strong team of qualified professionals, including university graduates. We demand high standards and to ensure that we are at the forefront of best practice, our staff undergo constant training in different areas of childcare and within the EYFS statutory framework.
Alongside standard childcare qualifications, our staff hold additional qualifications in areas such as child behavior, Forest School learning and first aid.
Continuity is vital for children and we have many longstanding members of staff who have been with Wolds Childcare for many years.
Proprietor, Mrs Karen Richards BEd (Hons), has more than 25 years’ teaching experience and has worked successfully running a preschool and two nursery settings in Normanton, Keyworth and Cotgrave.
